This spring, The Wolvercote proudly presents the best ever pub pie. Created by Michelin Star chef Tom Shepherd, this limited-edition triple-layered pie is born from his celebrated Great British Menu winning recipe. It’s made with rich hand-pulled beef cheek and pulled beef shin, sweet and garlicky caramelised onions, separated by a thinly sliced, distinctively savoury, seasoned roasted potato layer, all encased within a deliciously textured beef fat shortcrust pasty. With a lip-smackingly good rich red wine sauce.
